This Agreement sets forth the understanding between Animal Care Trust USA and the pet parent regarding the source of funds that will be available for the lifetime love and care of the pets provided for by a Pet Trust. This Funding Agreement is required for all Animal Care Trust Pet Trusts (ACT4Pets Community Pet Trust, Forever Loved Pet Trust and Custom Pet Trusts).
