There are Three (3) Steps to Success:
1. Submit your custom pet trust for review by completing our pet trust review application and paying the review fee of $500.
2. We will review your pet trust and provide a detailed list of items that need to be updated or changed before acceptance. Submit these changes to your attorney for updating.
3. Upon approval, you'll sign our trustee services agreement, provide proof of funding and enroll in our Pet Protection Plan ($10 per month).
Now, you'll have peace of mind to know your loved pet will always
remain in a loving home.
