Joinder and Enrollment Packages

Pet parents will join the ACT4Pets Community Pet Trust by signing the Joinder and Enrollment Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the individual terms and conditions of the pet parent’s relationship with Animal Care Trust USA and identifies the specific pets that will be cared for by the ACT4Pets Community Pet Trust.
