We offer three Forever Loved placement programs for your loved pet

Forever Family™

Our Forever Family™ option places your loved pet with an approved individual or family in a home environment to provide love and care for your pet in the event of your disability or death.

This placement program is available with all of our pet trust options; ACT4Pets Community Pet Trust, Forever Loved Pet Trust and our Custom Pet Trust.

You’ll complete a Forever Loved Pet Profile so your Forever Family gets to know your pet. You provide the details about your pet that are known only to you.

Our Monthly Happy Pet Check, Annual Happy Pet Vet Check and Forever Loved Journey’s End can all be part of this placement option.

Forever Sanctuary™

Your loved pet will join a community of loved pets with a Forever Sanctuary™ parter for a lifetime of love and care. You recommend the sanctuary, or Animal Care Trust can make the selection that suits your pet best.

This program is ideal for hard-to-place pets, horses, birds, and reptiles, but may also be suitable for dogs and cats.

Forever Home™

Our Forever Home™ option allows your loved pet to stay in your home with a certified live in pet caregiver selected by Animal Care Trust USA. Your pet's life doesn't change - the only thing missing is you.

The Forever Home program can keep your pets together, safe and sound, without ever leaving the security of the home they know and love.
